Hi everyone!
I've started this blog in 2016 and since, I've done my best to share with you my pictures and stories...
This year, now it's a tradition, I've drawn 2 greetings cards, that you can feel free to buy to support me!
With rampant AI, I feel more than ever the need to share my art and have it appreciated.
I draw with my heart, I fight for it to be recognized and to earn my life with it.
I'm currently in a bad mood, because it's hard. Thoses days are hards, on many levels for everyone. But I don't want to loose the fight and I hope that thoses colored designs will touch your heart and make your day a little more brighter!
The Cards are at $7 (price include an envelope that comes with) + shipping fees to your location.
Sent me a mail at ColdRuru@gmail.com to order ;)

The subject: My love for spotted horse and jungle decor... (read 'till the end)
Palombie
Want to know a little more about this? All genesis (including videos) were posted on my instagram.
Influence Map.-"The Piebald Horse" painted by Paulus Potter, wich is the first historic painting depicting a horse with LP color I ever knew (got it as a postcard in my childhood). Still a favorite of mine today.
-Who is the beast? by Keith Baker. A childeren book from my childhood, wich is -to my opinion- clearly inspired by the paintings of Henri Rousseau (painting showed as comparizon: the dream). It was an evidence and an inspiration for the art raised child-self I was and it's still today.
-Palombie. When you are an avid EU comics reader, you know that every "classic" comics have their own fictive country, wich are always lost in a jungle somewhere. In Spirou & Fantasio, it's Palombie. Home of the marsupulami, that will be the theater of many adventures after a first appearence in "les héritiers" and a last appearence in "l'ombre du Z". (and yes for me there's no books after Franquin, no debate needed).

-"The Spotted Horse" painted by Paulus Potter,
that I found while searching for LP horses in art history. Another
favorite of mine as this one evoke my mare; similar colour and
conformation with a long back.
-Who is the beast? by Keith Baker.
A childeren book from my childhood, wich is -to my opinion- clearly
inspired by the paintings of Henri Rousseau (painting showed as
comparizon: the snake charmer). It was an evidence and an inspiration
for the art raised child-self I was and it's still today.
-Amerzone. When you are an avid EU comics reader, you know that every "classic" comics have their own fictive country, wich are always lost in a jungle somewhere. In Canardo, it's the Amerzone. Sokal wrote stories about it's depressive duck detective and then use the greatest ideas for developping video game. This iconic comic was followed by "the explorer's legacy", a novative point & click.
If you are wonderin' if my love for zebra, girafes and feline is new, the answer is no.
